MgDy 5-30% Magnesium Dysprosium Master Alloy

1.The quality standard is subject to Air Standards.

2.Performance:They are used in casting and wrought magnesium alloy containing rare earth.It can obviously enhance alloys resistance to elevated temperatures.corrosion resistance and creep resistance.Meanwhile,it can refine the microstructure of alloy and observably imporve the strength,casting property and process ability of alloy.

3.Impurity content:The proportion of single rare earth element to total rare earth in the magnesium-rare earth alloy is above 99.9%,the impurity content (wt%):Fe≤0.003,Si≤0.01,cu≤0.005,Ni≤0.001,Al≤0.01.

4.The shape and packaging of the products is according to user's requirements.The content of main rare earth elements of master alloy is no less than the value of user requirements.

5.Airtight packed in metal pail after oxidation protection.The products is explosive materials,should be strict precautions against rain & wet to avoid to be corroded.

3.Directions for use

According to the customer request to add rare earth alloy. Removing Packaging shrink film first and preheat to 200 ℃. After adding all alloy, raise temperature to 820℃±50℃ and stirring.
Note: Please choose earth special flux as refining flux .

4.Packing

SEAWORTHY PACKING, VACUUM PACKING, PLASTIC FILM PACKED AND PUT INTO IRON DRUM WITH VACUUM. ALSO AS CLIENTS' REQUIREMENT.

Magnesium basis master alloy: MgCa,MgDy,MgMn,MgY,MgSr,MgZr,MgGd,MgSc etc.

Aluminum basis master alloy: AlTi,AlCu,AlV,AlSr,AlZr,AlMn,AlSc etc.
